You can reserve your appointments by calling us, sending a DM or email, or contacting the front desk at Lake Nona Performance Club or Amrit’s Wellness Center. Sessions can book up quickly, so it’s best to reserve ahead through our site, the app, or our concierge team. For social visits or larger groups, please reach out to Peak Living directly so we can coordinate everything for you.
We understand things happen, and we’ll accommodate late arrivals whenever our schedule allows. That said, we can’t promise a full session if you arrive past your start time. Guests who are more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled, and the session is non-refundable.
The chamber is designed to be experienced nude - as the photobiomodulation in particular is great for the skin and clothes will hinder the effectiveness of the red light. However, about 50% of people choose to keep their undergarments on or wear a bathing suit and even fully clothed, as comfort is of utmost importance to have a good experience in the chamber.For Aescape, we provide a dedicated outfit for the experience, so you don’t need to bring anything special.For the Liver Scan, a loose-fitting top works best so we can easily lift the fabric and access the area comfortably.

To ensure the best possible experience, all Peak Living massages require Aerwear—our specially designed apparel that creates the right amount of friction for the massage system to work effectively and safely.Massage sessions cannot be performed on bare skin, as the robotic arms need clothing contact. Without it, the experience may feel uncomfortable, like rug burn.If you have long hair, please tie it up so it’s fully off your neck. A soft, flexible headband is included with your Aerwear to help keep everything in place.Aerwear is provided free at your session and is available in sizes 2XS to 4XL—so you’re always supported and comfortable
